COVID19

Response

Coronavirus-CDC-645x645_edited.jpg

If you have any of the symptoms known for COVID19, please call the Court before the court session starts so that we may reschedule your case. YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED IF YOU HAVE A FEVER.

MASK POLICY

The Mississippi Supreme Court had ordered that Masks are mandatory in all Courts that operate in the State of Mississippi and our court has decided to keep this precaution in place.

What should I expect when I arrive for Court?

1.

When you arrive for court, text your name to (769)926-0052. (If you do not have a phone, please notify the Bailiff as soon as you arrive. He will notify the clerk inside so that you may shown as present. He will need to know where you are waiting so that you can be found easily once your case is ready to be heard.)

2.

Stay in your vehicle. If you do not have a vehicle, stay outside of the building at least six feet away from everyone.

3.

If you have your phone, you will get a response text with a digital form to fill out. If you have any trouble, please let the Bailiff know.

4.

Once asked to get in line, please stay at least six feet away from anyone that you did arrive here with. Once inside the door, the Bailiff will check your temperature.
